Feminism...really? That Poison Pill First, what is feminism? Definition of feminism [IS THE] belief in and advocacy of the political, economic, and social equality of the sexes expressed especially through organized activity on behalf of women's rights and interests [1] A history of feminism can be found here: https://www.britannica.com/topic/feminism/The-suffrage-movement "Young men associate marriage with increased responsibilities and with a greater possibility of financial loss." ...and they are right. "Divorce and family law are skewed against the man. It is what it is. Until it changes, it's a shit sandwich." https://twitter.com/UnchartedFather/status/1261302465028333568 "Mine cost me $500k. There’s nothing fair and equal about the process. You’re a man, you’re going to get bent over and you’re going to take it dry." https://twitter.com/Investandbefree/status/1261301976823988224 It's choice isn't it? https://www.instagram.com/reel/CmSOEI9ANb7/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y%3D Elizabeth Cady Stanton (d.1902) drafted the Seneca Falls Declaration outlining the new movement's ideology and political strategies. [2] At least for the United States the movement was supported by ratification of the 19th Amendment in 1920 to the U.S. Constitution giving women the right to vote or should I say have Geo-Political power. This was the FIRST WAVE per se in the feminist movement. THE Second Wave was in around the 60's. "The second wave began in the 1960s and continued into the 90s. This wave unfolded in the context of the anti-war and civil rights movements and the growing self-consciousness of a variety of minority groups around the world. The New Left was on the rise, and the voice of the second wave was increasingly radical. In this phase, sexuality and reproductive rights were dominant issues, and much of the movement's energy was focused on passing the Equal Rights Amendment to the Constitution guaranteeing social equality regardless of sex." [2] Yup... – Rapture THE Third Wave, " The third wave of feminism began in the mid-90's and was informed by post-colonial and post-modern thinking. In this phase many constructs were destabilized, including the notions of "universal womanhood," body, gender, sexuality and heteronormativity. An aspect of third wave feminism that mystified the mothers of the earlier feminist movement was the readoption by young feminists of the very lip-stick, high-heels, and cleavage proudly exposed by low cut necklines that the first two phases of the movement identified with male oppression. Pinkfloor expressed this new position when she said that it's possible to have a push-up bra and a brain at the same time………………The "grrls" of the third wave stepped onto the stage as strong and empowered, eschewing victimization and defining feminine beauty for themselves as subjects, not as objects of a sexist patriarchy." [2] THE Fourth Wave? " The fourth wave of feminism.. The fourth wave of feminism is emerging because (mostly) young women and men realize that the third wave is either overly optimistic or hampered by blinders. Feminism is now moving from the academy and back into the realm of public discourse. Issues that were central to the earliest phases of the women’s movement are receiving national and international attention by mainstream press and politicians: problems like sexual abuse, rape, violence against women, unequal pay, slut-shaming, the pressure on women to conform to a single and unrealistic body-type and the realization that gains in female representation in politics and business, for example, are very slight. It is no longer considered “extreme,” nor is it considered the purview of rarified intellectuals to talk about societal abuse of women, rape on college campus, Title IX, homo and transphobia, unfair pay and work conditions, and the fact that the US has one of the worst records for legally-mandated parental leave and maternity benefits in the world." [2] We see these things today in the fourth wave. Yet, what are the sociological effects? Women are dying younger [3] From 81 years... October 20, 2022 For women and men, life expectancy of 79.1 years and 73.2 years reflects a long-apparent, significant gap. Life expectancy of women in US has fallen to 75 years or younger .... 2. Men don't want to get married [4] "Millions Of Men No Longer Want To Get Married, And You Can Thank The Government For That..There has also been a rise in men's rights groups such as Men Going Their Own Way (MGTOW) and the Manosphere, where men in droves complain about men's unfair treatment in relationships and family courts. They're tired of being brow-beaten by women and the gender bias laws against men. For this reason, millions of men don't want to get married and are opting out of marriage altogether." "THEY WANT TO AVOID DIVORCE AND ITS FINANCIAL RISKS: Divorce rates are sky-high: 45% of marriages end in divorce, and women initiate 80% of them. Men are not marrying because, for many men, the rewards for getting married are far less than they used to be, while the cost and dangers of it are far higher. Men feel that their financial assets are better protected if they simply live with a woman rather than marry her. They fear an ex-wife will want to take all their money if they end up getting divorced. Thus, men want to stay single—however, statistics show that 90% of all people WILL get married at some point in their lives. Young men associate marriage with increased responsibilities and with a greater possibility of financial loss. Ultimately, men know they could lose a lot, from losing their freedom to being financially exploited to losing custody of their children." First, let’s look at Whitehead and Popenoe’s research, which was published in the 2002 report of the National Marriage Project. The two drew on discussions they conducted with sixty never-married, heterosexual men, who came from a variety of religious, ethnic, and family backgrounds and ranged in age from 25 to 33. These men reported that the main reason they resist marriage is that they can enjoy many of its benefits without actually getting married—that is, through cohabitation. Further, they reported experiencing almost no social pressures to marry; not from family, not from friends, and not from the families of the women they live with. They associated marriage with a number of increased responsibilities and with a greater possibility of financial loss. I cannot imagine that such beliefs are any less prevalent now." THE FIFTH WAVE? Is there a FIFTH Wave feminism? Metastatic Feminism? Metastasis is defined as change of position, state, or form, the spread of a disease-producing agency (such as cancer cells) from the initial or primary site of disease to another part of the body (metastasis of breast cancer to bone) — Medical Physics also : the process by which such spreading occurs Definition of metastasis, a secondary malignant (see malignant sense 1) tumor resulting from metastasis [5] Let's review quickly… The use of pro-nouns from CIS to Non-Binary. In California you can put you are non-binary on your driver's license. How do you identify someone? "5' 3" non-binary person, running south on Market Street, wearing a black t-shirt and shorts" ?? Who cares about actual biology right? According to Professor Ellen Annandale of York University, "On the question of whether biology matters for gender and health, the response must definitely be ‘yes’. There is no straightforward answer to the quandary of ‘who is sicker’ in a universal sense, but women and men do have different life spans and often experience health and illness in different ways. Despite several decades of intensive research, the reasons for the social patterning of health by gender remain enigmatic." [6] What have these "equal" rights gained them? It seems that the feminist movement in all its' flag waving has been more backwards then beneficial. How IS that poison pill working? Women, almost overnight, became unfettered by the intrinsic vulnerability of pregnancy, and unbound in their careful selection of the sexual behavior which leads to it. Women were shocked in the realization that could shed the burden of responsibly and engage in free love, with as little care as an irresponsible man of low moral character might. Men of the day were fine with this. They got more sex, with equally low worry about getting locked into a shotgun wedding and an unplanned family to support and care for. Seemed like a win-win. Feminism told women -- all women, whether they embraced the message or not -- that they could break free of the kitchen, free from the home entirely, free from the indentured servitude of motherhood and wifely duties. The could have everything that men could. They could have it all. Feminism told women they could become men. This vision was couched in terms of equality with men, but the never spoken heart of the message was that they could completely replace men. And these women believed it. They embraced it. They burned their bras, and had consequence-free casual sex, and they were liberated from tradition and morality. They were liberated from the need for men. They endeavored to become men, as they were told they could, and when they did, the male archetype they choose to emulate and embody was the worst possible representation of men, the frat house fuckboi. All the while, feminism also told men to stand down. They weren't needed anymore. The rules of the game had changed. If you wanted to play, now, you had to become "more in touch with your feelings". More communicative and gentle. More comforting and nurturing. Men had to become less so that women could become more. Feminism told men they had to become women, so that all could be equal. I'm sure many men of that day resisted this message, maybe even most, but after a generation of attrition their resistance was stamped out as feminist mothers conditioned masculinity out of their sons. Instead of women who had personally chosen the tenets and ideology of Feminism for themselves, they brought forth a generation of young women were born to it from the cradle, nursed by it in infancy, taught to speak it as their mother tongue, and never once knew anything different. These radical new dyed-in-the-proverbial-wool young feminists inevitably indoctrinated their own children, and genuine masculinity was all but eradicated in western culture. There was a great promise to dismantle the oppressive patriarchy and replace it with something... unknown. Something superior, something greater, something enlightened. Well, feminism has now had three full generations to deliver on that promise, and they've shown us fuck-all of any progress or value to society. Men and women no longer cooperate, we're constantly engaged in inter-gender warfare. We are combative and adversarial as a default condition. Men have become fucking pathetic shells of what we once were, which makes us useful and convenient for women, but never desirable. There aren't enough good men to go around they say. That's because feminism literally destroyed them before they ever stood a snowballs chance in hell of becoming good men. All in the name of what's in the best interests of women. The women of my generation believed they could have it all. They could rack up a body count throughout their 20's, never commit or submit to a man, get that Masters Degree, get that C-Suite career with a corner office, make $100+k a year, and THEN start her family. All while ignoring every biological reality about her own fleshly form, disregarding the natural preferences and predilections of men, and repressing her own instinctual inclinations of maternity and motherhood which would bring her the greatest joy in life. No little girl grows up dreaming of being a Fortune 500 CEO. She grows up playing house and dreaming of being a mom, and caring for her baby doll. Her dream needs to be conditioned out of her. By feminism. Now these women are my age, in their 40's, childless, unmarried, possibly divorced. And there are no good men to marry them any longer. The only men remaining to them are unsuccessful, unstable, undesirable, unattractive, or simply UNATTRACTED TO THEM. They chose NOT to invest themselves, in the height of their youth, beauty, and fertility, into one good man while they were young and beautiful enough to capture his heart, and stay with him long enough to enjoy their grandchildren together. They instead chose to invest only in themselves, and of course in the soulless corporations they serve (instead of serving A man, she serves many), so they can remain strong and independent, which is not to say independent from men, merely independent from A MAN. They are only now realizing that for all their frozen eggs waiting patiently in cryo, they'll never have children, let alone grandchildren. How insane is it that even Jennifer Anniston, of all the beautiful women in the world, will never have biological kids at this point. These women are realizing the breadth and depth, the profound insidiousness of the lies they were once sung to sleep by. They are starting to comprehend what they have been robbed of, by well-intentioned pioneering women who are now dead, and who will never be held to account for their lies, nor pay the heavy price of restitution for what they've stolen from a generation of women. These embittered women are starting to realize... And they're really, really pissed off about it. They deserve to be. Their anger is justified. They will inevitably take their rage out upon men. It's unconscionable, inconceivable to the feminist mind that any fault or blame should EVER reside with any member of the Great Sisterhood, past or present. It must always be men who are the only possible cause of every ill to be remedied in the world, and more feminism is the only possible cure. But men are also starting to realize what was stolen from us. Our Grandfathers are dead or dying, and our fathers largely had nothing in the way of manhood to bestow upon us, if they were even allowed to raise us. Much has been lost, and it now falls to us to rediscover it. We're mad as hell, but we don't give a fuck about restitution. We're taking it back our goddamned selves. We've see the men you produce on your own, and we're not impressed. You tried; you failed. Thanks for the effort, ladies; we'll take it from here. Bear all these things in mind while you read the news over the next weeks, and months, and years, and (God Willing) decades. Make no mistakes about what brought this situation upon us, and don't deceive yourself about what it will take to get us out of it.
